Holly was the third realtor we dealt with and as soon as she sat down we knew our house would sell. She came in with a plan and together with us and team, we all executed the plan. Then our house went under contract with a realtor she knew and had sent an email too. (I should mention her plan was redecorating( mostly with stuff we already had) and minor changes that we had asked the previous realtor about. Holly came in and said yes we need to make some changes. We took a few hours and a few hundred dollars and our house showed and pictured very differently.) When it came time to buy a house we looked a numerous and she gave valuable feedback on things not being native Midlanders we did not and could not have known. We ended up with a house we love in a great part of town that works for both of us and couldn’t be happier how this ended up working out.
